I Haven’t Received My Order, Where Is It?

If you have not received your package or a notification that it has shipped, it is likely that one or more products is on backorder. In the event that your order is on backorder, products will ship in 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

Finally, if you have received a shipping confirmation but have not received your package, it is possible that USPS tried to deliver package, but there was no safe place to leave it. In this event, your package is most likely at your local post office. Please refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to check on the status of your shipment, or email us at info@cramersuniforms.com.

How Is My Package Shipped?

Once orders placed with Cramer’s have been processed, filled, and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification via email from USPS. Cramer’s Uniforms products ship via UPS or USPS depending on the size/weight of your package.

Will I need to sign for my package?

No, you will not need to sign for your Cramer’s package. But, for the security of your purchase, if there is not a secure place to leave the package or a note, USPS may return it to your local post office.

How long will it take to receive my school uniform order?

Any item with embroidery will ship within 5-8 business days of the final payment. Any in-stock plain items will ship within 3-5 business days of final payment. Orders are shipped when complete, if possible. Any item on backorder will take approximately 4-6 weeks. Please note: these are average processing times, and may fluctuate depending on the season.

Can I expedite my shipment?

No, products will ship via USPS ground depending on the size/weight of the package. Delivery time will depend on method of shipment, and the amount of products/customization in your order.
